Directions

From the motorway network the closest link is Junction 2 on the M66. Follow the road signs towards Bolton on the A58. At one stage (just past Tesco) the road has four lanes. Avoid the outer two lanes as these filter off towards Ramsbottom and Tottington.

Continue along the A58 until you reach traffic lights at the junction with the B6292. “The Ainsworth Arms” is situated at this junction. Turn right (signposted Ainsworth) and continue up that road until you reach the next set of traffic lights at the junction with the B6196. The “Rose & Crown” and “Black Bull” are both situated at this slightly staggered junction. Continue straight on (signposted Walshaw) onto Lowercroft Road. You will go down into a valley. Lowercroft Business Park is situated on the right hand side at the bottom of the valley.

If you are heading from Bolton, the M61 or areas to the west it may be more convenient to pick up the A58 from the Bolton direction, in which case you would need to turn left onto the B6292 when you reach “The Ainsworth Arms” and then follow directions as above.
